Built the retrieval layer of a voice-enabled knowledge library: embedded and indexed a 60-book corpus with semantic search over it.
Implemented answer logic so every response is grounded in, and cited to, its source passages.
Built the voice layer that delivers answers and book content as spoken audio with ElevenLabs.
Also delivered client websites and improved the agency's SLA systems.

Production e-commerce platform for a music retailer

Storefront and admin: catalogue, cart, checkout, coupons, reviews, wishlist, PDF invoices and analytics.
SSLCommerz payments with advance-payment rules; Pathao courier dispatch with webhook-driven delivery status.
Bulk CSV import/export and a homepage layout editor, covered by Vitest and Playwright and deployed via GitHub Actions.
